Laurence Hawke
Laurence is a director of ICS, after first joining the company in 1991. He has 30 years of casino, wagering and gambling experience across various countries including Australia, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the US Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, the Philippines and several Pacific Islands.
Laurence has consulted on a range of projects including listed land-based casinos, cruise ship casinos, Internet operations and Integrated Resorts. He has held senior executive roles and consulted to a number of globally recognized gaming and leisure brands including Galaxy, Crown, Tabcorp, HPL Singapore, SkyCity and Centrebet.
With a career focused on casino operational and financial responsibilities and the recent development of KISS6 (casino management software), Laurence has unique skills in casino accounting systems and management systems.
A Masters degree in Professional Accounting compliments his Bachelor of Economics. Laurence is a fellow of CPA Australia.
Ian Manning
Ian has been associated with ICS since 2004, providing consultancy services in casino operations, regulatory, compliance and due diligence investigations.
Ian is a highly respected casino executive casino regulator with exposure to an extensive list of casino jurisictions across the globe. He was an executive regulator of casinos in Australia for 20 years and was instrumental in the development of casinos on behalf of Governments in Tasmania, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.
As Director of the Victorian Gaming Authority from 1993 to 2000, he had the regulatory oversight of the development and ongoing operations of the Crown Casino in Melbourne.
Since entering the commercial operations of the gaming industry, Ian was the founding Chief Executive of gaming product testing companies in South Africa and the USA. More recently he has been providing consulting services to Governments interested in the development of casinos, and to gaming operators for the development and implementation of compliance processes.
Ian recently completed a three year tenure as Vice President of Global Due Diligence Investigations with an international gaming consultancy based in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He was also responsible for business development for Australia and Asia.
Gary Morrison
Gary began his casino career in 1985 in Glasgow UK as a dealer and was heading off to overseas projects and in management roles four years later.
Gary has held senior management positions in the US, onboard cruise ships, the Caribbean and across Europe and Africa. His time spent at a variety of different jurisdictions has given him a strong sense for all areas within a successful casino operation including table games, poker, slots, marketing, cage and surveillance.
Attracted to the island life, Gary spent much of the last 15 years operating casinos in Antigua, St Vincent, St Lucia and Vanuatu with well known brands Trump International and Holiday Inn Resort.
